WHAT COACHING ISN’T: Coaches do not fix clients, create solutions for them,tell them how to run their business, or stand in agreement with their whining. (That is your bartender or cry-buddy) Coaches are not therapists or medical doctors and are not qualified to treat, advise or diagnose mental or medical conditions. If you feel that you have a mental or medical condition, depression, addiction, intense uncontrolled anxiety or other situation requiring treatment, seek medical advice as coaching is not the solution for those situations.

Tiny Bites: Tiny Steps= Big Success
Feeling overwhelmed with everything? This on-going step-by-step assistance coaching program is an affordable option that will teach you how to start taking the small, doable action steps to get the help you need without breaking the bank. Bi-monthly coaching calls will lay out strategic, small doable plans designed to stop the overwhelm and guide you calmly into success. Daily check-ins and written access to your coach will keep you accountable, while quickly helping you break through your blocks and change your mindsets and habits for the life you want.
This program is ideal for the client who wants on-going support, accountability and a partner in their business or personal goals for long-term sustainable success.
- Two monthly phone coaching call (45 minutes per call).

The Creative Intensive Solutions

Want help with that book you have been meaning to write but just can’t seem to get started?Maybe you’ve been struggling to identify that elusive ideal client and know if you could just put your finger on that ONE MISSING PIECE OF THE PUZZLE that everything else would fall into place.Because many of our clients are creative, artistic entrepreneurs who need quick solutions with high level results, these short term, intensive packages are designed to be a high-return investment with the shortest amount of time involved.
These Intensive Packages are for the intermediate to advanced client whose business or personal situations is up and running but could benefit from an infusion of crystal clear clarity, strategy and a clearly defined map to take you to the next level.
If your question can be answered in only a few hours you can choose from our over the phone Intensive Consultation packages. Choose the number of consultation calls you’d like to have. Calls then consist of intensive brainstorming on your chosen project. You will fill out a Visionary Clarification worksheet prior to the call to be certain you are focused on the exact challenge you are looking for a solution to.Calls average an hour per call per session but may go longer if needed. The longer package is designed to work on one specific challenge and may not be broken up for other problems or carried out over a longer period of time. The package must be used within a six week time period.
The Illumination Process
The Illumination is perfect for the client who is ready to take a deep dive into every aspect of their business from core values and mindset to marketing, strategies and actionable steps that will propel them into the next level.
This high-level process includes pre-work to clarify and illuminate your goals, thought processes and needs as well as prepare you for the deep examination of your life/and or business goals on the day of the Illumination. The process is a full day (over the phone) of coaching, deep-processing, creating and implementing. By the time you are finished, you will have the clarity and next steps to move you to your next level.

Over the course of one full year, the VIP Academy includes:
Weekly Phone Calls
Calls with Wendi will be over the phone and based on your specific needs and the custom program created just for you. You will go over strategies, weekly assignments and homework, solutions, new insights and aha’s that have occurred. (There are always tons!).
The program will move at your pace to prevent overwhelm, however there will be additional worksheets and workshop materials provided if you desire, that you can look at in your own timing and pace.
Daily and Weekly Accountability
In addition to the calls, you will be working on writing assignments and working on growing your business with weekly promises, projects and accountability. You will fill out status sheets that will keep you on track and show you exactly how far you are coming and monitor your progress. You will get excited very quickly to see how far you will come in an amazingly short period of time!
Design Benefits
VIP Academy clients enjoy a substantial discount (35%) off of any design work that they have done during the duration of the coaching program. All design work will include consulting and coaching on vision, process and strategies as to how all design projects will fit into the over-reaching goals and strategies of the VIP clients business.
Since the hallmark of our design program is that we believe coaching and helping design clients achieve clarity before design creates a more functional and effective design—and since VIP clients are already working with us to achieve clarity—we are thrilled to offer them a discount on any design work they choose to improve their business with. While we at no time ever insist that a client choose to do design work with us, there have been occasions where it does go together well, and we love affording our VIP Clients a discount. Additional calls with the head of our Design Division, Deb Dorchak, will be included at no additional charge to help you decide what design creations you will need.
Workshops and Group Calls
